Report a translation problem
The only way I can think of to make it work is have the host be the ghost every time, and have the players look away/switch to a different application so they don't see the screen when the ghost is selecting cards. You'll also have to have the players only look at the screen during their turn, and discourage them from describing the cards with details, instead just saying (the fourth card in) or something like that.
I imagine it would be kinda isolating to make sure the other players aren't influenced by each other, as the best method would be to let only the current player speak on their turn.
