Game doesn't start

Hi.

I just bought the game, and it does not start...

I verified the cache. Steam told me that one file was found and fixed.

If I verify again, it tells that it is ok.

And every time I try to launch the game, it fails again. And when I re-verify the cache, same thing : one file found and fixed, bla bla bla...


Do you have a solution ?

Anyone have any luck? Also have a Surface Pro 7 that's not launching the game. SW and drivers are up to date.

I have read on another forum that uninstalling Citrix fixed Asmodee games that weren't starting. Maybe this will work for Mysterium too.

I'm having the same issue on my surface pro 7 I've tried everything I can think of but it's still not working. This is one of my favorite board games and I really want to figure this out.

I am having the same problem. For the time being I was able to get around it by adding "-startwindowed" to the launch options.

I couldn't launch the game either, but I found that turning my WiFi off allowed me to play the game. Unfortunately, it means you can't play online.

If my WiFi is on, the game won't launch. It is just a white screen for some seconds before closing and not launching the game. When I turn off the WiFi the game launches, and works fine, I just cannot play online. If I'm in the game, and I turn on WiFi again, the game immediately closes ;(

I have the same issue with wifi. When switched off, the game starts OK, when wifi is on, it shows loading screen for a few seceonds and then exits.
