I did replay the mission myself to find them, yeah, because my memory is terrible. The numbers change slightly depending on # of players, but are always the same for the same # of players.
On the final stage, each player icon will have a number to their left (their points score) on a certain number of cards (1-3), so especially if players all have a different score, you can infer the thresholds from just one game.
In this screenshot[imgur.com], for example, you can see that with four psychics, you need five points to see two cards and six points is not enough for three cards.
It's still bad they don't just outright tell you what you need, of course.
SPOILERS AHEAD!!!
The murderer, location and weapon are always the same when you replay levels in story mode. Failing once gives you the answer for your second attempt.
Thanks! I do see others online but they only play with each other.
