Need help: game doesn't launch properly
Hello, I have a problem to launch the game, I tried everything I found on the Steam support...

I updates my drivers, verified the minimum requirements for the game and restart my laptop.
The problem seems to happen when I try to "Verify Integrity of Game Files". It keeps telling me that there is one damaged file and that it will be downloaded again and repaired but, when it does, the game doesn't work and the message is still the same.

When I launch the game, I can actually see the game is running (I see the icon in my task bar, I hear the music of the game) but I don't see the window of the game, and when overring on the icon, I can only see a black window in the miniature view. Steam must consider that the game is running since it record in-game time.

So, I'm completely stuck and have no solution. It seems I tried everything I could. If someone could help me I would really appreciate.

Thank you

PS: sorry if I made some mistakes, english is not my native language.

Your problem is already known, its a problem that can happen even with other games.
I post you the answer I gave in another thread with your same problem and that solved everything (even if you don't specify what kind of video card you have), hoping it can help you.

Buona fortuna!

Try to go in the Games section of the AMD Radeon Settings, click on Mysterium, in the options that appear, set the anti-aliasing mode to "Use Application Settings". Did this, try to see if it's all back in place.
I'm sorry I would be more help but my knowledge stop here, not having Win10.
Good luck!

:seasons_winter: In case I also put the Italian version of the answer, happy mysterious holidays :seasons_winter:
