Q1,2,3 and 4 divides the months of the year into well, 3. I guess it's like an estimate of a time frame they might release.

If the date for this is Q2 that means it will release in either April, May or June ^~^

To make it very simple.

Quarter 2.

Quarter = 1/4ths of something; which from 12 months in a year equals 3 months.

2nd quarter out of 4 means the months 4-6.

well they just dated PS4 version on June 27,2017 ... so i bet steam version will release most likely on the same date
