Like other players, my game stopped with the runtime error. Despite numerous attempts on fixing it via YouTube videos, nothing worked. Do not buy this game as it is unplayable from the letter opening onwards. There is a coin in the envelope that you require to buy a crucial item. After 3 years, nothing has been fixed.
