Superman achievement not worked. Broken?

Hi everyone. I tried to get this achievement with a friend and killed him many times by falling from a bridge or playing on a pvp server on the hospital map.

How can I get it?

Please help and explain what I'm doing wrong?

Is this achievement broken?

Can this achievement only be obtained in battleRoyal mode?

How is it possible to do this in other modes if battleroyal mode does not recruit players?
