So In the end I get to walk as the old man and sit In the classroom facing the girl but didn't I kill the boy at the begining of the game In the hallway? I don't get It. And what happened to the girl that I used to play? I know that she reported the forbidden book club members because of the teacher she fell In love with.

Ray was a ghost through the game all along.

The game starts as her stuck in purgatory after commiting suicide, condemned to wander her nightmare over and over, until she finally comes to term with what she did.

Ray thought she killed Wei because she saw him along with others being carted off and never to be heard from again. The gun in chapter 2 is metaphoric as in although it is just a piece of paper, but she used it to kill a lot of people.

I'm not very sure about Ray's motivation for giving the list of books, if anyone can enlighten me, that would be appreciated.

She wanted the male teacher to stay with her. She thought that exposing the list would get the female teacher in trouble and away from him. That's what it seemed to me.

Don't remember the teachers' names in English lol...

BTW Ray got the idea from her mom who "reported" Ray's dad as revenge for cheating on her.

It seems what when Ray overheard their conversaion, she mistakenly thought the two teachers are in a relationship (while they're actually both part of the bookclub), and assumed that to be the reason why Mr. Chang had distanted himself from her. In order to get rid of her "rival", Ray ended up reporting the bookclub, hoping that with Yin out of the picture, Mr. Chang will return to her.

The relationship between the male teacher Chung and miss Yin is just they are secret left wing politics members or they are communist . In 1960's Taiwan, this actions need to be secret or you will be caught by some Taiwanese style "GESTAPO" and tortured to death.

Her mom and dad's really messed up seperation broke her emtionally, to the point she is deemed to require counseling. That is why she has such a strong attachment to Chang.

Also I find Wei's final moment interesting. That moment with Typhoon get him involved in the book club. The dream sequence is probably not exactly how it happened, but the two do seems to get trapped in school. If he and Ray have never met, his will probably never get involved, and never sent to prison.

Oh ya the first dream sequence is Wei's probably when he is in jail. Background visiual suggest he was tortured, and very likely durimg the moment Ray decided to kill herself.

Well,some people say that the girl is a earthbound spirit,which will be trapped in her dead place and experience her death process ceaselessly after she was dead.So they say the girl is the dead at the beginning of the game.The girl loved her teacher and thought her lover loved Miss.Yin,Miss. Yin organized the reading party.The girl reported the party because she thought herlover would back if she did that,but her lover and many students were dead-----The boy was released so he was not dead(The gril thought he was killed by her,he is a representative of her regret,so in the beinning of the game the boy waked the girl up)-------After this,she was tortured by her heart and her students,and she chose suicide in the end-----She jumped from a building in one end,and she hung herself in other end------and became a earthbound spirit.

In the game,the front part is her death process so there are many ghosts in the school.Prayed and drew divination sticks at the temple means she got her judgment and can out of the death semsara.The latter part is the past,her memory.You can choose envisage or escape------two ends ,out of the death semsara or experience the death agian.

1) It's explained in one of the journal entries when you play again as Wei in the end. This is just based on my memory, but if I remember correctly, he was deemed wrongfully arrested during his sentence, so he was released. The original arrest instead of execution may have had something
to do with his age, or his actual level of involvement in the book club. But there might be some real-life history to that which I don't know.

2) Wei was the one who originally told her about the book club. It's not explicitly stated why they knew each other in the first place, but I just assumed that the scenes in the beginning, where they meet and look for the necklace, etc. may have been similar to their original meeting.

3) She jumped off the top of the school building, after she exposed the book club.

I discover something. At chapter 1, when the phone rings at the principal office, you do not need to pick up the phone to progress the plot. I try not answering the phone and I can still head to the counsellor office to get chased by the giant demon ghost, although I'm not sure if it makes anything difference.

Also, does anyone knows the location of all the notes? I didn't get the achievement so I might be missing some notes.
