Did you save at the last altar? You can continue from there and get the other ending.

You're missing the "bad ending". Basically the last few choices you have to make, just choose them differently. I chose "live a quiet life" & "accept my fate". That got me the other ending. When you get a reply it should be ".......". Hope that helps.

Also, you don't need to restart. There's chapter select.

How did you guys get the good ending? Whatever I pick I get the bad ending :(

When you hold three conversations with the shadow of Fang, pick the options that show autonomy and determination. All the passive ones like "calm indifference" or "grim acceptance" result in the bad ending.

I maybe know all about this story here, but there's still one question left. How come Wei survived (15 years in prison, i guess) when the other students in their club die?

The rest of the students' fates aren't made explicitly clear. Wei also confessed to his "crimes" against the state and has likely gotten his sentence reduced as a result.

No matter what choices I select the yellow paper airplane never appears and I get the same "bad" ending. Any ideas why?
