Game Crash in Episode 2

I was at the part where Chloe falls asleep in her junkyard car and sees her father barbequing some marshmallows over a blown up car, after engaging and getting the cutscene where her father tells her to beware the beauty of fire to not get burned up a save screen breaks in and my game crashes. Every. Time. I tried to play 3 times by now and I get the same crash at the same specific place in episode 2. My game is unplayable, I need help :/
