My graphics card is new and pretty powerful. RX 560 4 GB ( Gigabyte ).... Anyway ill try some other options or whatever the heck i can change... hopefully it will work
Your GTX 275 is faster than your Radeon 7670m.

And your 7670m falls way way below the min spec card
http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-R7-250-vs-AMD-Radeon-HD-7670M/m8217vsm7810
minimal:
ОС: Windows 7 or above (64-bit Operating System Required)
Процессор: Intel Core i3-2100 (3.1GHz) or AMD Phenom X4 945 (3.0GHz)
Оперативная память: 3 GB ОЗУ
Видеокарта: AMD Radeon R7 250 or NVIDIA Geforce GTX 650
DirectX: Версии 11
Место на диске: 14 GB
GTX 275 is under minimal specification and do not support directx 11. CPU too. Answer, that 275 better then 7670m is so predictable. This card must not support THIS Game! Is it a video driver problem? I just want to know why this Game freezes on radeon HD 7670M in one scene! Drama scene! I'm not alone in this question,
Almost a month after release and we're STILL having the same issue. Everyone notices that is a programming issue, and they're trying to justify their incompetence blaming our graphic cards.... So, my computer runs PUBG and cant run a stupid casual offline game LIFE IS STRANGE? C'mon.... That's REALLY stupid.
And I've read reports of someone with an Intel HD 3000 that was able to run the entire game without problems. That's something like: "you cannot run the game if you card is below the minimum requirements, but if you card is really a lot bellow the minimum requirements, it's works".
Probably the game engine calls some GPU feature in the cutscenes that causes the crash. As the rest of the game works normally, developers should investigate at this point and remove this feature to make the game more compatible and less buggy.
I don't know what would help
I was able to play on my gaming pc with hella high settings till I had to find my Phone (game always crashed when I picked it up no matter what settings I used). Now I tried to get the game running on my girlfriends Laptop... and well I managed to get past the scene. Even the main menu lagged horribly (lowest settings) but I managed to pass the scene which crashes due to bad graphic card on my gaming PC (I can play Battlefield 1 and others). Now as I mentioned I could pass on my girlfriends potatoe laptop. Here is the DX-Diag link from her Laptop. I dont think that her graphic card is better than mine.

My Gaming PC as menioned before: Radeon 5800HD
My Girlfriends Laptop: Intel HD Graphics
@ Devs I dont think that this graphic card is way more powerfull than mine right?
@Everyone if your game crashes you might wanna try it on an older and way weaker PC if you have one ready that might get you over crashing scenes and allow you to progress.
