For let Rachael meet her mom, you need choose everything right when you talk to Rachel's mom at the mill house.
And you must tell the truth to Rachael. It doesnt make sence, but you need that to get "Rachel meet her mom ending".
Whether or not you tell Rachel three truth doesn't seem to affect whether she shows up (though it does change other details in the end cutscene before that)
There are letters in the box with the phone in James Amber's office. You need to read them before using the phone, and that will add the dialog options to convince her
Isn't Sera showing up to meet Rachel supposed to happen only if Chloe told Rachel the truth? Or did they change that too?
Besides, think about it: Why would that affect Sera's decision? She has no contact with Rachel until she shows up.
