If i took the money from the guy that was selling the shirts on the concert but i didnt gave it to Frank or Joyce, does it affect somehow episode 2?

I gave it to Joyce and only got a mention of it when they talk in the parking lot. You have the option of telling where it's from or not. I went with the latter.. But no real effect..

I think you can pay off Frank in his RV. But thats all I can think since I did buy the weed...

I think this is accurate. When you finish ep. 2 and it breaks down your decisions and percentages, among the minor decisions you'll see "You paid Frank back" or something to that effect. When I finished, only 2% of the general audience did that - because we all found ways to already spend that money in ep. 1. But if you opt to purchase weed in #1, it's implied it also covers Chloe's already-standing debt with Frank, so you should be good either way. If not, you'll probably have a chance to give the money to him this time around, in his RV.
