During the play, you’ll have to recite very specific lines up until Rachel goes off script. The lines are as follow:

I Boarded the King’s Ship
Hell is Empty
Walk over to the ship where the yellow sticker is posted.
In Troops
More Toil
Liberty

From then on, Rachel will go off script and you can pick and choose which responses you want Chloe to make.

For what it's worth, this is a real play, The Tempest, by Shakespeare. I went and looked it up on my tablet just to make sure that I had the right lines for the scene, but of course there is that bit of stage directions in the script that's sitting on the table in the changing room. It's Act 1, scene 2.
When you are first in the dressing room in Ariel's costume (Which Chloe looks freaking awesome in BTW) the script is right in from of you on the dressing table. Has all the lines you need.

and then on stage you can open up your journal to see everything youve read and it will be there

I always forget to do that. I actually memorized the lines!

The first time I did this I think I just kept hitting Tab, going into the journal and looking at the script again each time a dialogue prompt came up.

Only later did I learn how much better that scene was if you screwed it up... (the ending is the same but it hits so differently depending on whether Chloe says all the lines as written or bumbles off script the whole way through)

I think I still can reconstruct Chloe saying most of her lines in my head if I dig hard enough, even though last time I played BtS was months ago. Meanwhile I keep forgetting new stuff at work after several days unless I use it frequently. Memory is strange

Not really.

“Simply put, selective memory is a person's ability to remember certain information and not remember other information. It can be the punch line of many jokes like when a spouse gets upset with their partner about forgetting to take out the trash.”
