Spoiler: what happened to Eliot Hampden in the end?
Why creepy, twisted, mentally unstable, shaking Eliot was packing his stuff in his room in the end cutscene? Was he expelled? Was he taking a gap year? Was he being sent to the Asylum for treatment? Apart of mental illness and unhealthy fixation with Chloe boy did not do anything wrong, he was a good student and few visits to psychologist would surely help to cure any mental illness that had befallen him. Pictures he drew were very disturbing. I am shocked that Chloe did not report him or tried to help him out. There was clearly something wrong with him.

He accidentally triggers the alarm by himself and looks at dumbfounded while Chloe was running away from the door. While he was found in that office alone, since Chloe let police listen his ramblings, all evidences remain on him so technically he gets caught by the police. At the end, he also gets expelled from Blackwell, gathering his belongings. The reason why he doesn't rip concert photo at the end is, he didn't know Chloe actually called the cops.

In the scenario where you failed the backtalk: When he finds out Chloe was actually calling the cops, he calls Chloe a b*tch and starts to corner her. Chloe triggers the alarm and says cops will be there in a minute. Eliot will start to run away, yet he uses the wrong door (which cops were coming from) So eventually, he gets caught by the police; and technically gets expelled from Blackwell. The reason why he rips concert photo at the end is, this time he knows that Chloe called the cops and got his asss busted.

He was expelled because he got caught by the police at the Amber place.
There are 2 small variations of that scene, if you win the backtalk with him or not.
If you do you just see him getting expelled, if you did not win the backtalk you see a small extra scene where he rips apart the photo of him and Chloe before leaving his room with his belongings.

I feel more sorry for him now. He techinicly did not break into Ambers house. He was stalking Chloe and when she broke the window and escaped the house you would assume that Eliot would also run. I did not win backtalk so I saw him toring the photo. Poor Eliot.

Technically maybe not, but he entered house and James's office uninvited. He also prevented Chloe from leaving, sort of keeping her hostage, and raised a hand on her when she simply tried to leave. I'd say he got what he deserved.

Yes he definitly deserved to be punished for his transgressions. Chloe got away and she should have been arrested or something. She broke the law here, burn evidence, stole the money and investigated confidential files. She was obstructing investigation. Chloe the rebel.

Chloe was asked and invited by Rachel. She was also trying to save Sera from Damon, to clean up James's mess. If anything, James is the one who should be arrested, for making deals with drug dealer and allowing this mess to happen.

Ohhh I agree. James should lose his daughter, job and status. I told Rachel the truth. Real Chloe would always go with the truth.

I found that guy annoying af. He should have known about how to take a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hint. Following someone into a stranger's house uninvited is beyond creepy.

Moral justification (which is debatable in this case) is not the same as legal liability, and there's no way Chloe could have gotten away with what she did. The game really did a poor job with that in ep. 3, if you ask me - it strained believability a bit too much for my taste. Could have done with more teen drama and less criminal thriller stuff IMO.

Why was he stalking Chloe? That's the thing I never understood. I have no sympathy for Eliot.
Elliot did nothing wrong.

Well, he stalked Chloe for a long time and finally attacked her... Things like those are surely wrong.

Exactly. Not to mention sick drawings. There was something wrong with this boy.
