There are 2 small variations of that scene, if you win the backtalk with him or not.
If you do you just see him getting expelled, if you did not win the backtalk you see a small extra scene where he rips apart the photo of him and Chloe before leaving his room with his belongings.
and yes, i did win the backtalk and got him expelled without him realising what really happend
In the scenario where you failed the backtalk: When he finds out Chloe was actually calling the cops, he calls Chloe a b*tch and starts to corner her. Chloe triggers the alarm and says cops will be there in a minute. Eliot will start to run away, yet he uses the wrong door (which cops were coming from) So eventually, he gets caught by the police; and technically gets expelled from Blackwell. The reason why he rips concert photo at the end is, this time he knows that Chloe called the cops and got his asss busted.
