Hi , So i purchased the Deluxe bundle and I was sold on the diary song from Daughter
called ' The right way around '' .
Now, there is a totally different version in the Mix tape menu and the diary version of the
right way around is nowhere to be found, Let this be my favorite song in the game.

Why is this?!

also..the Mix tape menu is not how it supposed to be, you have manually select, add and
then listen to one song, then go back to the mixtape menu and deselect the song, select a new
one and add it to the playlist...................pffffffffff

If you like daughter's music, just buy the "songs from before the storm" album. It has all of daughter's songs from the game. And as of the mixtape mode, it's supposed to be like that. maybe you aren't using it correctly, but there aren't any bugs w/ it rn

No, you can actually create a list of songs to play. I don‘t exactly remember what I did, I seem to remember it was kinda unintuitive, but I _did_ get to select a number of songs, change the order and then hear them all in one go. Not on my computer right now, so cannot check, but tinker around with it some more.

As for the menu theme, I was always under the impression it was just a part of the song on repeat, but I may not have listened closely enough.

I second the recommendation of just buying the album, though.

The diary version of this song is not on their album unfortunately. There was a similar situation with the original game where there were some tracks not included in the official soundtrack.

Dude listen. it is the version that's in the Mixtape menu that's on the CD of Daughter. and secondly you obviously don't understand what this is about.
I already bought their Music infact I bought the whole soundtrack when I bought the Deluxe
bundle and I don't need to buy a separate Cd to listen to the Soundtrack.

That is the point here, Or this might as well be super redundant to buy a Deluxe bundle
and next time I oughta just buy the Strandard?!

Damn dude, The Original too?! Well with this new game I just happen to like this Diary song very much, It's too crazy for words that people buy a Deluxe bundle and can't listen to any song they like which to own.

Yup, there were some instrumental tracks playing in the background while you were exploring the dormitories and those were not included. There is an extensive Steam guide about LiS music, you can find the details there.
