Does holding onto the money from the mill do anything?

I know you can buy weed/pay Frank back at the show, pay him back in Ep2 or give the money to Joyce but is there anything else you can do with it in Ep3?

Money, what you took from Drew.
Then you were about to give it to Frank, but you had to play in the theater, so you had no choice, but to give him the money later.
You phoned Frank, and told him about meeting in Junkyard, with money, and he will tell you about Sera.
There you have options to give him money, or to not give him the money, what you have stole in Drew´s room.

Ah, my bad, I should have read title more carefuly.
Actualy I have not tried it yet; At first, I did not know about them, and in second game, I gave it to Frank.
I will try to keep them next time.

if you buy a weed from frank in ep1 and show your stuff on david's car in ep. 2, your room will be completely searched by david in ep3. before you return to your room. When you get an confrontation with David you will have different dialog options and a few new reactions.

I think it's near when she sneak into her room after her escape (her room was in total mess after search by David). I had a text about selling that ring for 300 dollars.
