Max by a long shot. Yes she didn't stay in touch with Chloe, but she came back and tried to save Chloe over and over and over again (and possibly for good) even without knowing the potential risk of her powers to herself.

Chloe is a "wahhhhhhh poor me" emo girl who blames everything on others (though she's better in the prequell....so far).

Rachel, unsure as of yet, but not liking her vibe over all. She comes across as a user to me (uses Chloe, uses Frank, possibly uses Nathan/Victoria the Vortex club etc). And she's clearly very fake.

I admire Chloe in a way, but Max is the character i'd hook up with ;-)
She's rooted in the soil, and i like style and sense of humor.

Concerning Rachel... well, she's hot. maybe too hot. she's very intelligent, adventurous, has a gread sense of humour and great charisma. I like that.

But nevertheless, she apears not trustworthy to me. Like an emotional vampire, or how that truck driver said: Golddigger

She reminds me to a further girl-friend of mine, so that might be a reason too.
