And I should add: It‘s easy to get in that junkyard improvised gun range scene, where Max is supposed to suggest targets. Guess what to suggest :P
"Killed by storm" probably mean that call from Chloe to Max, when Max was on "Everyday Hero" contest in Seattle(?).
Makes sense.
Killed by storm surely means the end choice of the game (Save bay or bae).
The list also misses her first death (shot in the bathroom by Nathan).
Outside of the weight on Max's soul, though, does that really count? It gets undone, so...
I thought that was the only time he shot her, isn't it?
A majority comes from that stunt you have Max predict where Chloe should shoot to hit the bottle by ricocheting off a junkyard object. There are a number of such objects which will "fail" the attempt, killing Chloe instead. Bouncing off certain spots on the car makes that certainly more likely. That leaves just that one lucky object....
