Yeah, 3 is a good estimate. So probably 9 by the end when all three episodes are out?

You can speed run a playthrough in half that, and if you take it slow and follow every possible dialog and exploration option you could spend 5 hours on the first episode.

Depends, some episodes where shorter in the first LiS game.

Yeah, but it seems like a good guess. I read in a developer interview that's what they were shooting for. (About 3 hours per ep,)

I'm a big fan of exploring everything and it took me about 3.2 hours. - I actually took my sweet time with most of the scenes aswell.

Sadly missed 2 graffiti's, 8th and 10th one, after I got them I'd say they were pretty easy to miss though.

3.5hours is probably the average for most people.

I took my time through a lot of it (i.e. let the reflection sequences play their full duration, investigated every square inch, etc) and just absorbed the atmosphere.

It took me about 4 hours (probably a little less if you cut out menu time and whatnot) for my first playthrough according to steam. It feels about the length of Episode 3 of LiS 1 to me. Not as short as the first two but not as long as Episode 4.
