Slow-paced & Fast-paced LIS why.

The 2 reasons why the first is a slow paced game and the 2 a fast paced game.
The main reason is of course the main characters.
In LIS 1, Maxine, the main character is a thinker and she is more or less controling her emotions.
In LIS 2 the main character is Chloe, she is impetuous and she is controled by her emotions and so the game is fast paced.
But this is also cultural, LIS 1 the dev team is French and LIS 2 the dev team is US (correct me if i am wrong)
And if i find Maxine caricaturaly French, i find Chloe caricaturaly US.
French talk and argue and eventualy act, US act and eventualy talk and argue. ;)

And of course the 2 games are outstanding, even if.. i am playing 2 dead girls.. sigh.. ;)

Well Dontnod, the French developer of the original game, did hire an American writer and he was on the team and he is also back working with tme again for LiS Season 2....

Also if you picked the "Sacrifice Arcadia Bay" ending then Chloe is still alive, so that is not anyone's fault but your own :P

1. its Before the Storm, NOT LiS 2. LiS 2 should arrive next year if rumours are correct
2. Fast-paced, you say? Then please explain me how come for my ONLY playtrough, i spent more time in episode 1 than in almost all LiS episodes (except ep. 4)

I liked BtS. LiS s1 felt like Max and BtS feels like chloe. I mean its like the game itself was made by a team of Chloe clones hah. If u mean fast paced because of the junkyard then i agree but then again Chloe does jump into situations without thinking first. In the end she even tells us that its "lind desperation"
PS: i really love that Ashley(the original Chloe VA) helped to write BtS. i think she added some of her special magic into the game :)
