(I think she only says it if you handed Rachel the belt. There may be other factor. On my strictly platonic playthrough she actually asked about the weather.)

Well I could not rephrase the line but if you play the board game before getting in class, you can have a very very funny line said by Chloe to the dragon that doesnt want to give you the keys to free the prisoners... but it's very long one xD
And the dragon eventually pee on himself because he is scared xD

its just that she's so nervous that she mixed up two completely unrelated words , "Rachel" and "weather."

But there is another funny part it's when you shut wells' mouth when he want to blackmailing you about drugs

Yeah, my favorite line would be when Rachel says something like "Let's have some fun" and if you flirt Chloe says "Sorry Rachel, I've already lost my V-card." And Rachel is just completly taken back by it

The buildup to that made it funnier. I mean, that was the punchline, but that had to follow after she kept saying it and the other guys were like, "what?"

Honestly, that was one of the best jokes in the episode.

Oh, and the middle finger right after blowing a kiss at the sketchy guys. Hilarious!

The one with the argument with the bouncer when you got the right final comeback was a close second. Almost cliché, but I mean, that was perfect meme material right there. I was like "Oh, snap! Girl!". It was perfect, and I got to quote it.

Honestly, I didn't find it really funny. I was waiting for the punchline. I get that she told her he said "What are you gonna get" (referring to Chloe), but I didn't see the point. It could actually be taken as offending, rather than humorous, given how she feels about David. Her response was actually appropriate.

The whole point is that there is no punchline, plus the fact that Chloe remained silent wasn't because David was talking to her (Chloe wasn't even there so there's no reason to feel offended), it was purely because it was a terrible attempt at a funny joke that Chloe didn't find amusing and Joyce sort of did.

The whole joke was Joyce cooked 4 eggs, 2 for herself and 2 for David. David made a joke implying he was going to eat all 4 and asking what was Joyce going to eat. Joyce found it funny enough to tell Chloe thinking she would laugh, but she didn't and it went silent, so it made me giggle a bit... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell you've just killed the whole thing having to explain something so simple
