I think Chloe is one that do these simbols (The eye in the cut disc before the concert) The eye that see all, and fit the chloe ideology or just thinks It is cool.

P.D: just thinking about a theory that says that Rachel has a power and can see a lot of things (As Bran of Game of Thrones haha) so the Illuminaty Simbol can mean that xD just as other simbols as the crow, deer, butterfly,... etc) but this is just a hipotesis without any fundament.
