Only Square Enix Music: Some of our games contain music that we don’t own and merely license. Usually you’ll be able to recognize this (such as the radio music in Sleeping Dogs), but we understand it won’t always be clear. As a result, your video could be subject to automated filtering by the owner of the recording or composition. If you’re unsure about a particular song, please check the game credits. Since we cannot grant you a license to use someone else’s music, you’ll need to get permission from the copyright owner(s).
Sorry we can't help with this, much as we would love to.
I to have had this issue today and it's really frustrated me a lot ! I've filed a dispute because legally it's covered under fair use... but they stopped the video being played on some platforms (Mobile Devices!) So I had to let YouTube remove the "copyrighted" audio from the first part of my video, and have to save as a copy.. so now I have two duplicate videos for the same part, one just with the copyrighted audio taken out.
How about contacting the ones putting the copyright claims on and liasing with them? After all, if us YouTubers aren't able to easily make videos of your game without hassle of unfair and unlawful copyright claims (Unlawful because we are legally allowed to use it because of fair use copyright laws) then less youtubers will cover your game which in turn wont get you as much coverage as other games.
It's very demoralising and frustrating to have a third party company claim a whole video because your company used copyrighted music in there without liasing properly with them in the first place about let's play / gameplay videos which you could have very easily foreseen.
I am now currently editing part 2, and I don't know what songs are commercially copyrighted and what songs are your own?
I read that the game contains an indie sound track so I assumed that none of it was copyrighted until my video went public today and about 70% of my subscribers were unable to watch the video because of a copyright claim.
I personally think as a developer you should be liasing with the companies behind the claims.
Many Thanks.
I'm so happy my upload speed is horrible so had to split gameplay into 3 parts, 1st part had 3 matches, 2nd part no match, and 3rd part had only one match and youtube was able to remove song without error. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZVtHk7MH-A

I also uploaded the full walkthrough. I have a really small channel. Just after uploading the video i got 3 copyright claims and now my video won't play on android/IOS devices, as well as consoles. If you guys get any solution on this pls help. Many big ytubers have uploaded without any problems
I Like this game series but seriously please do not use copyright music on Life is Strange 2 like you on the previous episodes. Because that makes so unfair for a small youtubers like me... I will wait for a while though when the LS2 will came if there is still a copyright music inserted into then I will consider this game dead for me...
Licensed music is an integral part of Life is Strange games, so we can't really do without them. That being said, we hope to include options that allow streamers and youtubers to turn off licensed music when playing in order to avoid copyright strikes.
