Little things sometimes dont get notised, did you ever chek any ofthe text msg's in game? the journal is also a nice thing to read for keeping record of what changes your choise made in the curent playthrugh.
A) the Chloe dies
or
B) Everyone else dies
meaning that either way a lot of the choices will be rendered moot at the end. Kind of like Mass Effect 3
i think he means the choices didn't matter because we only had two endings (bae or bay) regardless of the decisions we made.
i'm gunna say BtS will do the same especially since we all know what happens to rachel. unless they decide to do something different..... still it's all about the journey and not the destination right?
I mean if i didn't want my choices to matter in the grand scheme of things, i'd just stick to real life
same logic right?
And #11 has a point - some of the plot points being set in stone doesn't help.
Is the 'grand scheme' altered in any way by our individual existences and experiences? Maybe yes, maybe no. We can't know for sure. And not knowing for sure is the ultimate point of it all.
If you start from that point, then you start from a position of failure, trying to build up towards success. My point is that this is exactly as flawed as assuming the opposite, that everything choice made will result in earth-shattering consequence (good or ill). You can't know which is reality, be it actual reality or escapism, because of your vastly limited perceptions. Hell, even using the word 'perceptions' already triggers this logical fallacy for some people, as they treat 'perception' as a synonym for 'wrong' or 'flawed'.
Just stop trying to define your choices as significant or not. You're not going to find a satisfactory answer either way.
