Skipping

So I finished the game and wanted to go through it once more to see the other endings. Wishing to use the skip function, cus of obvious reasons, it would do the normal and stop when I encounterd dialog I have not yet read, but when moving a bit further, it would now stop at random points and not let me skip anymore, even though I have been though the dialog that is displayed. Is it just a glitch or?

The auto skip function will stop at any part with dialogue you haven't read before, so basically you triggered alternative dialogue.
