IT WONT WORK!

I started to play the demo but then the preview for my character is just black, so I cant even see it. I've re-downloaded the game, verified the integrity of the cache, restarted my computer. nothing will work

mine isnt working either it just goes black and crashes

I can't get it that far. It try's to start then tells me windows had a problem. Then it closes. The game never even loads.

Right click on your desktop to get to the NVIDIA Control Panel. Go to manage 3D settings and then the program settings tab. From there, click add and choose the initiationstation.exe file. Finally change the preferred graphics settings from "use global settings" to "High-Performance NVIDIA processor". At least for me, that resolved the crashing issues.

When i click the game the pc turns black and saids Saint Rows doesn't works close the game or help on the internet. please help me i wont play :) it's not the same problem by you

i believe i have the same issue as bengey, i.e. game appears to be working fine in every respect but the one irritating detail that i cannot SEE the character i'm 'creating' because it's entirely BLACK -- just a sillouette. is anyone available to advise here, or is this forum a complete waste of time (as one might infer from the dates of bengey's posts!)?

It works perfect for me but I can't see my character it's entirely black.
