Hi everyone, Matteo from Green Flamingo here. Turbo Groove's Steam page is live! This first post is a quick look at what the game is about.

Pick a song and Turbo Groove listens to it, then builds a road out of it. Busy passages twist and drop, calm ones open into long climbing curves. Drops bring hairpins, chicanes, corkscrews and jumps that land on the beat.

The same song always builds the same road, so every song has its own leaderboard and you can keep coming back to beat your best.

• Arcade drifting. Slide into the bends, counter-steer, flip from one side to the other. The music sets your speed.

• Notes on the beat. Press as you cross a note, hold the long ones, chain them for a bigger score. Miss one and the drums cut out for that hit.

• Traffic. Weave through cars until Super is charged, then smash straight through them.

• Four worlds: a green valley, an alien planet, a sunny coast and a neon city, with skies that follow the key of your song

• 15 cars to unlock and customise

• Four difficulty levels and ranks from F to SS

• Playlists, per-song leaderboards and Steam achievements

• A tutorial, full controller support and rebindable controls

• 10 languages

The demo is coming soon! If Turbo Groove looks like your kind of thing, a wishlist and a follow help a small studio more than you'd think, and you'll hear about it as soon as the demo is out.
And tell me in the comments: what's the first song you'd race?

See you on the road!
Matteo
