How to do a squat
Physical training is in general healthy, but some exercises can have the opposite effect when done wrong.
Please consider to show some general instructions how to do a squat properly.
While you go down:
- don't bend your knee mor than 90°
- make sure you can always see your toe in front of your knee (bend upper body forward max. 45°)

Even in the first waves I noted the time between two obstacles is sometimes ridiculous short. These fast movement is not for beginners, maybe this difficult level could be adjusted. IMO it would be better to have a warmup phase first.


I hope you will add more exercises to this app, since the general idea is good but one exercise gets boring soon. Variations for squats would be nice too.

I was kinda surprised to find the game didnt have a warm up or tutorial mode that mentions this ^ But then again, who would be looking for this game aside from fitness enthusiats, who likely already know how to do a squat?

I end up here by using the wrong search keyword and just giving this free game a try, since I got an HMD already.
