Hi, I just begin playing, my first upgrade is expand storage slot +1. So what should be the next one? Is it good if I want to try stealth? What is the best upgrades priority btw?

After storage slot +1 it's probably Overdrive.

Stealth or overdrive (either lets you catch up to convoys, which one you get first is a matter of taste) and cruise mode sensors would be my pick after getting 4 mechs.
After that the ability to craft green gear so you're not entirely reliant on drops for your gear.

Stealth and overdrive work well together. Stealth until you get close. Overdrive to hit the target. Stealthing all the time is unsustainable on the battery.

There are no major events. You and liberate provinces. Stick around to escalate the province level (up to three star) if you're bored and want to increase difficulty.
