Missing recipe for Blackbird Arm parts?

I seem to have never unlocked this part type and I'm fairly deep into the campaign; my units are lvl 19-20, and I've liberated somewhere around 15 provinces or so.

Have other people managed to unlock this part schematic and my game is just bugged somehow? Or is it legit missing from the drop list?

Far as I'm aware, Blackbird either isn't supposed to have a full set, the in-game drops of Blackbird arms is a bug since they have the exact same model as Helge (At least I think that's the one they matched), or it's truly a bug like the missing DC1 Cannon and Booster blueprints.

I guess that's supposed to be why the description for the Blackbird parts mentions "not knowing if a full set exists". Also, from the stat reference sheet over in the Guides section, you can easily infer that the stats are kinda off for the arm parts; their stats are more in line with Heavy class arm parts than Mediums.

This is just bad luck; I have a full set of the blackbird parts, owned and craftable, and (as you can see here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2941993700 ) they have a couple of niches they are good for.

Oh, I'm fully aware Blackbird-named arms are present in-game, they just share the model with another part, again I want to say it's Elbrus.

But having every blueprint in-game according to the achievements (Which are bugged to some degree at the very least), and not having one for the Blackbird arms (Not even showing as an OPTION for the parts in-game, just upper/lower while every other set has upper/lower/arm), the DC1 Cannon, or the Booster module leads me to believe they are not supposed to exist or be crafted. As the tool-tip in-game states, it's unknown if a full set actually exists.

If you're able to craft Blackbird arms, then I'm going to say it first: Screenshots or bust.

No one here is questioning whether Blackbird arms exist; it's a question of whether the crafting blueprint is actually obtainable in game.

missing arm blueprints for blackbird is a bug just like the Cannon. Theres even a mod that adds them back in.

Whether the bug is they arent meant to be in the game, or the bug is the missing blueprints, I can't say.

Second, if you're linking to something to do with mods, then that's entirely unrelated to the fact there's no recipe for Blackbird arms or that the models that DO drop in-game share the look of another part.

There are no blueprints for the arms that I've found, and I've looked a lot.

You can find arms, chest, or legs for Blackbird mech's as salvage. Parts only, it seems. Torso and legs are craftable once you find the blueprints. Found mine as a convoy reward.

The Blackbird arms you loot that are called Blackbird arms are either one or more of the following:

A) Wrong model shown, as they are identical in appearance to the Helge. It's obvious the model is wrong while tinting.

B) Uncraftable, as stated in the description for the Blackbird mech.

C) Not supposed to exist at all, and are actually mislabeled Helge parts.

Up to you to choose, because none of us have any idea.

Yes, they're mods. The first is one that just adds the missing recipes for blackbird arms and DC1 cannon, the second is one that adds blackbird arms, but also reworks the whole system, so you can have different sub-parts(like forearms), and adds new armor sets.
