Deliver Medicine
I got a sub-quest to deliver medicine to a village I already liberated. Going to the village doesnt seem to do anything and I dont appear to have a way to hand it in? Am I missing something?

I have the same issue. Would really like to know if this is a bug.

I ended up just hanging around the village, and eventually it said completed but there was no reward or penalty. So I assume it's a bug.

I had another quest that was also to a liberated village and that let me interact with it, so I think it might just be this one that is messed up atm
