Boost BP
I have just about everything found. I'm getting level 14-16 equipment but I have yet to find the BP for Boost so I can make my own and I only ever find green Booster mods. Can these be found? I've stopped getting anything from raiding convoys and I've found about two or three blue Boost mods.

I know there are some achievements that are bugged such as the one to liberate all provinces, etc, so the one about getting all blueprints could be bugged as well, but I've gotten it and no Boost BP on my side either. Assuming your best bet is to just craft blue items and either hope you get a blue Boost module on them, or save scum them until you do.
