lol.. so this is a Frozen Synapse clone with MECH skin?
Just because its turn-battle mech game, does not mean that its clone of other mecha game.
Feeling of both games are totally different. Go watch some gameplays on Youtube and check for yourself
Instead of having a movie timeline for the game I'd rather have a classic turn based system with *flair* - and that can be literally anything.
Take the classic Turn based combat. Add some flair to it but keep the difficulty. The management and the cover systems.
The game isn't bad.
It just feels lame. I don't want to make a Mech movie. I want to play Turn Based Tactical Game.
But maybe that's not the goal here? And if it's not the goal then whatever it's doing what it seeks to do well
I just wish it wasn't what it was. lol
I wish they had kept the old turn based version.
I still like front mission 4 more than that though.
There is already too little mecha games. Its good that its not going with Battletech way.
Gotta have varienty
