You can do a search on the Download Station using the 'Manage Content' utility on the Trainz Launcher.
Change the CM window Filter heading (Top left) to Download Station, then just put in the 'Search' feature (top right) of what you are looking for. The search will automate and come up with the results.
You can also do an internet search for any third party site that may host some content.
