downloading asset issue

I've been trying to download assets in content manager for a while now and every time I do it says "Unable to download asset. Please check your MyTrainz login details" but the thing is that when I go into 'Trainz settings' > 'Internet' It says that my username and password are correct and that I'm logged in

One thing you can try is to remove your username and p/w from the internet tab.
Close trainz down completely.
Make sure the TRS19.exe is closed in Task Manager, then relaunch.
Re-enter your username and p/w.

There is no fix for this. It's caused by the servers being full. You either have to wait, or buy a First Class Ticket from the Trainz Store (they're highly resistant to selling FCTs on Steam).

so pretty much your paying to download free items ? that's a stupid move on Trainz if that's the case

i need more help i cant download anycontent for either game whenever i do it, it just says unable to download asset please check your my trainz login details even though i did and it says they are correct

its also doing this one trainz a new era

I haven't had any problems downloading routes and assets etc. I have just downloaded two new routes and 3 new locos without any problems.

That's the way it has always been even in earlier versions of Trainz. If you don't want to pay for a Ticket you'll just have to wait for a free server slot to become available.

Due to the launch of Trainz on Steam, along with a promotion we're running which includes a free FCT, our servers were hammered over the recent weekend period. Our web admin has made a number of changes to the servers to hopefully better balance the loads being experienced.
