Installed, Payware (not active)" message.
Anyone know what to do with this message for assets?

Please make sure the game correctly accepted your mytrainz login details.

In the Trainz Launcher click on Trainz Settings -> Internet
Input your login details if you haven't already and hit enter, the game should now check for a moment, then display "MyTrainz login succeeded, username and password are correct"

This should fix payware not active assets, at least if they are legit installed assets you own the corresponding game or DLC to. (If you downloaded something from some shady website it would obviously not be activated)

I did the login thing several times all successful logins but still some DLCs downloaded and istalled with mostly the "Instsalled, Payware(not active)" message. All bought here on Steam. Frustrating to say the least.

Similar to post #1, but shut TRS19 completely after removing your username and p/w.

1. Make sure the trs19.exe is not showing in Task Manager, or wait till ceased "running" in steam. Can check both for piece of mind.
2 .Start the Launcher and re-enter your username and p.w.

This does a type of "refresh".

Does this fix your problem or still exist?

Again did it several times even shutting down Trainz and Steam and re-starting . No change for some reason it seems the DLCs I purchased are not being allowed to fully install with all the assets from the Trainz download station during install and aftertwards manually.

:(

Okay Plan B. You can try a fresh redownload of your purchased content.

Make sure TRS19 is not running.

1.Remove all the content from within the "packages" folder to somewhere else. The "packages" folder has your installed payware content. Can delete them later if you want to or even when you empty the packages folder.
2.Launch TRS19 and do a manual Database rebuild, " Launcher > Developer > Rebuild Database
3. Let the rebuild do it's thing. You will see messages displayed in a small window as to what is happening.
4. when rebuild is finished, on the Launcher click on File > Download Purchased Items.
5. Shut TRS19 completely down
6. restart
7. In the "Main Menu" window the "download asset" window should appear with your purchased content ready for download.
8. Download.

Everything work okay now or not? If not the helpdesk could by the answer as I am not sure what else to do. It will probably end up being something simple that is giving you the problem.
