Formable nations?

Is there a list somewhere what nations are formable? So far i've seen:
-Unified Korea
-East/West/Complete Yugoslavia
-Europia (or whatever it's called)
Are there any more? Great game btw, for someone who plays alot of Paradox/Ageod games the simplicity and accessibility are a nice change of pace. Looking forward to future mods/expansions/patches
Oh and is there anywhere you can se HOW to form them?

Playing as Germany in the 2020 Grand Campaign I had an event telling me there was a nationalist movemt to reclaim Austria and parts of Poland to form "Grand Deustchland". Haven't been able to do it though because my warmongering is already too high.

You have a lot of options:

In 2020 scenario you can create:
Scandinavia, Yugoslavia, Korea, Intermarium (Poland), United States of Central America, Central Asian Union (Kazakhstan), United China (With PRC or Taiwan, the latter one is a true challenge.) Europia (France or Germany), Arabia (Iran, Saudi Arabia and Turkey should they choose to stay pro-Islamic at the beginning of the game), Portugalicia, Baltic Union, African Union (Angola) and Czechoslovakia.

In 2050 scenario:
Ukraine, German Empire, United States of Central America, United Kingdom.

Apart from that, a plenty of countries has a possibility to annex certain provinces or small countries. Players are informed about such possibilities by notifications.

many provinces have changed to paneuropean culture in germany and france and I conquered the Netherlands and Elsass-Lothringen, Year was almost 2060 and my country was authoritarian. also had a huge block with 5 central european allies

Some time after the culture change to paneuropean there's also an event to change your nation to Europia which gives you cores on all paneuropean country. Took me until 2070 to get the event though...

I played as Sweden in the 2020 scenario, got the notification about creating Scandinavia, said "yes" and Scandinavia was formed... without Sweden -.-' is that the point?

When forming Europia as France, do I have to form a bloc with my neighbors?

What year did the event pop up? Played with germany severel times, had a block but there has never been such an event. ;/

I had conquered 2 or 3 extra territories in the netherlands and/or north france.
