Hearts of Iron series are quite like EU IV and CK2, but more wargame oriented.
For Civilization, it's a grand strategy game, which may fall into geopolitics if the economy management was deeper and set in a real world map.
For Supreme Ruler series : they are like HOI 2, 3 and 4 but with less options on diplomacy and much more micromanagement of military units.
For the Geo Political Simulator series well ... yes they are intended to be geopolitical simulations, but they're more bug finding games than really that because they have LOTS of it, making them barely playable. I strongly discourage purchasing one of these !
