This helped in finding it. Thanks.
It only seems to work when you go straight there from the start of the mission though. So in order to get it to spawn start moving toward the exit straight away instead of scouting the area. That's what the Recklessness from the achievement name refers to I suppose.
Move slowly and take care to eliminate all enemies that spawn along the way. For me it spawned when the two necrons that guard the exit had spawned but before I had killed them.
I believe it's a bug, I pointed out on it in beta, but it wasn't fixed. There is actually not a "logical" path in this mission, cause Sigurd says he needs to first get his stolen equipment, then you are forced to move directly to the ruins, destroy the destroyer, then go back for the Necron crate (there is a path you can avoid the weaker signal messages, if you want) and go back to the ruins. If you decide to get the lost equipment (which hs no sense actually), you'll hear weak signal messages after you already communicated with Karl. Terrible design in my opinion.
You play the mission the 2nd times and go right toward the exit, and the Necron destroyer will spawn after you kill 1 or 2 guard.
This should be fixed. There is no reason for the destroyer to not spawn later.
I agree it should have been fixed, we told them about it in the beta.
You go left when you play the first mission. You will be able to do all the objectives except the Necron destroyer.
You play the mission the 2nd times and go right toward the exit, and the Necron destroyer will spawn after you kill 1 or 2 guard.
Never mind. The missions are too hard - can't even imagine completing :(
On easy, this will teach you many things, improve your game play, levels, and cards.
