where is the special reward in this stage?

In sigurd ironside's second mission, "meeting of the priests", I couldn't find the special reward (optional objective). I finished the mission more than once and I don't know where this reward might be.

It was a chest or a Card choice (that appears on the map) you have to select wich one you want.

This will give you the optional objective.

Done the map twice now. Can't find any chest anywhere and didn't get any choices during the map.

Can you elaborate on how to get this special reward?

Its only when looking at your screenshot I've come to realise that this thread is about the second level and not the first. Don't suppose you can offer any guidance on the special reward from the first map (One Wolf Army)?

Looking back at this thread I honestly don't know how I didn't already know this. Lack of sleep perhaps?

Hmm missing something, I've got to the exact area (even have hte same number of kills and there's nothing there...

You need to kill the two necrons there first. I tried to approach the location from the other dirrection and it works as well.

i think, just before the last bridge... where you fight a necron destroyer. Instead of just getting away from it, you probably need to kill it to get the special reward.

I started the level got the golden mine item from just near the bridge, then killed the two necron's this spawned. Then went north close to the ruins and killed the two necron's that spawned behind the tree's. I then went towards the wooden gate killed the two necro's than appeared there (along with a reward (armor/hp regen etc) but there doesnt seem to be anything else up here. Is this approach wrong somehow?

I killed the destroyer on my first run but think that is its own objective and not tied to the special reward.

Right after you kill the two Necron Deathmarks, the xeno chest spawns.

If you go west instead, kill the Scarab and the Wraith, (get the lascutter), kill two Necron warriors, (get power-up), go north to the wooden fence, then once you grab the sentry gun, the two Deathmarks spawn as well.
