Hi Thanks for the info - I go straight into a mission (tutorial?) and even clicking on settings (bottom right of screen) gets no reaction. Using Windows 10 64bit. I read somewhere alt + / brings up menu - but no luck I am afraid.

The game start in a mission tutorial, it take 5 minutes.
You can not acess the full game menu in a mission.

If these codes were 1-time use only codes, no one could take advantage and everyone would have an opportunity to use them.

I bought the starter pack and was considering the DLC expansion, but can you guys throw us newbies a bone?

Except the 50 boosters for Kanaak challenge, it won't push you any forward anyway. Finish one Challenge more and you'll have much more than from any other promo code. A matter of 45 minutes.
