why not make the gameplay more realistic? like add waves, wind, ect...? is that too difficult?

How old? BTW we are also available via GeForce Now if you can use that (both Steam and WGC versions).

The historical plane skins were nicer on german planes, could the plane skins be made to be optional?

You may edit refresh rate in the config file, but it's not currently officially supported.
