Secondary Captain Build Massachusetts

I had an extra commander so I decided to go for an impractical, but fun, secondary build. Is manual worth it, or are Mass' secondaries accurate enough? Could I go with CE or IFHE instead?

Current Build:
T1: PT EL
T2: AR
T3: SI
T4: MS FP AFT

Depends on your playstyle. If your secondaries can often fire at DDs, it's worth it, but if your secondaries fire mostly at BBs and very rarely at DDs (or you are not quick enough to switch targets), it's not necessary and you can use Fire Prevention instead.
IFHE is kinda necessary though, otherwise your secondaries won't deal as much damage as they could to cruisers and lower level battleships.

Yeah, if MS gets buffed so that secondaries always fire, just not with the accuracy, then I think it would be a good skill to have. Also FP under T4 is Fire Prevention-not fap. XD

Well you could get the secondaries buffed and upped on the range for the Mass, and still rely on brawling and the main guns.
The playstyle of the ship is still massively fun, only one that can ruin your day is some Russian BBs and the Yamato sisters, everyone else can be dealt with.

Regardless, it is a ship that is fun to sail around in.
