Tallinn build advice

So i currently have a build like this for tallinn.

Should i invest in radar upgrade in slot 2?

also how else should i invest my commander points.

Im thinking of building around her radar ability, but her guns are also nice in a pinch so im not sure how useful top grade gunner or outnumbered is.

Would be happy with any advice :)

I wouldn't do radar slot. Tallinn has such short radar you get little use of it. No good advice on commander points. You have the right basic ones though. It really becomes a choice of how you play it at this point. Superintendant might be a good idea.

I thought russian cls have pretty long range radar (12km) though it has lower action times, which is why i wondered about radar slot. I was thinking of doing superintendent, ill probably go there next. though it locks me out of getting other 4pt skill.

They definitely do have long range radar, but the module increases the time it's active only. So if you have a 15 second radar, you're giving up that slot for a mere 3 seconds. SUre, that might make a difference sometimes.... But I wouldn't go for it myself.

Most of the cruiser 4 point skills are pretty situational.
