Seattle is trash

The T9 USN CL Seattle is trash. Why do I think this? For starters the reload is the exact same as Cleveland(without reload upgrade), the turret angles are THE worst, and the aa is questionable.

I have nearly 10k more avg damage in Cleveland, better destruction ratio, and slightly more planes shot down as well. This ship, along with the Buffalo, are at the bottom of the pack in terms of in-game performance and could use some love(Only a mother could love Seattle's turrets tho).

Well, the seattle has access to the reload module, which is an advantage. The Seattle should do more damage than the Cleveland (and server wide, she does). And she has better AA if you compare both "stock" versions or both hull upgrades. But in relation to her tier, the Seattle is a bit worse than the Cleveland overall. She's not "bottom of the pack" though, that goes to the Roon.
Personally, i lied her a lot, and did way more damage with her than with the Cleveland (probably because i got into more t10 battles and thus had more t10 battleships to farm damage on).

The Buffalo can be a beast. Her AP can cause devastating strikes to other cruisers, seeing 20-30k salvos isn't rare, and her armor is probably the best cruiser armor at t9. But she has a different playstyle compared to the Baltmore and Des Moines: Less DPM, more alpha strike, and "bow-on-tanking" isn't as good. And you absolutely need the range upgrades - both, the upgrade and module. It's really bad without them.

Well, that made a huge difference, my average damage is way up and I'm actually starting to find top 3's again. Cheers Sidian.
