How do I get the Giulio Cesare?

I can't find the Giulio in the tech tree or in the shop how do I get the ship?
EDIT: I bought the Cesare about a week ago during the sale thanks for all the replys.

the Ship is pretty recent to the game, chances are that you missed its launching :(

It's in the Tech tree, for doubloons, you'll find it in the Italy tech tree with the Duca D'Aosta (Green,White,Red flag) It'll be Cheaper than the Duca it's around 2500-2700 right now for a week and 4-5 days. Not sure if it's going to stay in the tech tree though.
