Little crew members doing their thing on the deck?

Is there any chance we could see a "Battlestations: Pacific" style render of little sailors walking on the deck, going inside through doors and disappearing when an explosion hits near them? Maybe even see little dudes going out with fire equipment and welders and stuff when using repair party?

I just feel like it's a really neat thing in naval video games, and BSP was the only one that had it. It'd add a certain realism and depth to the game. It's a bit odd seeing absolutely no one on the ships, including destroyers with an open wheel.

Most likely not, because that may raise the game's rating. From what I recall that's why games like this one and WOT don't have visible crew.

As mentioned above, the games age rating does not allow for such things.

Aw man :( That's kinda dumb on the law's part tbh. If they're not turned into a red mist, I don't see the issue.

Thinking about it, they did add in pilots parachuting from planes as they get shot down and quite often they will smash into the superstructure of a ship or appear to fall down a ships funnel, both of which would probably hurt :) Still, WG have previously stated they wont add in visible crews on ships for the reasons mentioned.

I understand, WG gotta do what they gotta do. I just wish the law wasn't so out of touch.

I never looked closely enough: Can you actually make out a pilot or is it basically just a parachute with a pixel box below?
