I AM ACCUSING WARGAMING.NET OF FRAUD

I am paying for a premium account and they have deleted all my game XP.
I purchased a ship called Odin that I did not get access to and they reset my account and deleted all my XP.

XP is game currency, it is worth money. Not good enough at all.

I have send the below to their support who just cause more and more issues. All I want to do is play the dame game without all these headaches.

Very disappointed

More than likely, you bought the booster for Odin and I have a funny feeling you accidentally logged into the wrong server for your progress to be zero. Check the server you sign on.

They can give me a full refund and return my XP that has been deleted. Worst customer support ever.

Don't tell me to fix any thing. They can fix their support and refund my money

He's telling you there is an issue sometimes with Steam version where you end up in wrong region.

If that is the case, support can do nothing for you, except tell you the very same thing, as there is nothing gone from your account.

a mod suspended/muted me because i told the last guy alive on my team that it's not helpfull to only stay on the very edge of teh map while the entire team dies and he does nothing.
and that he should "simply go in with the rest of his team and stay there even if he's dying"

i suppose the word "nothing" was too harsh for the player and had to report me for it

and i have no clue why the mod chose to act on the report

but with that said, this game features ever more snowflake moderators than the most toxic moba i've played.

and no.... im not lying or omitting my behavior or anything i said.


it was kinda going well for a time, thought this game had promise
with with this first impression and being suspended so soon for such ridiculous reasons reduces my expectations.

lastly, no, i refuse to pay money for this game if they harbor moderators who appeal to the lowest common denominator players.


TL DR - i dont think the moderators read reports either.

You can get automatically chat banned if enough players report you in game which requires no moderators to look at it. If you got a longer ban, then someone iniated a ticket to support in which case a CS employee would look over your logs and see if a ban is justified. You should be able to log into it just fine through this Steam account if you have picked Asia region.
Delete the file preferences.xml in the game's folder, choose Asia on launch, and it should work.


Sorry, not sure what you're telling about Odin, you will have to sort that through Player Support. Can't find any other accounts which might be yours.
