Yeah, that's working as intended. Wargaming wants players to lose credits at t9 and t10 and to farm credits at lower tiers (tier 5-7) to make up for it - unless you pay for a premium account or a premium camo.
By encouraging farming at these tiers, they want to make sure that the lower tiers are always populated enough.
I think people without any bonusses should gain or loose (gain or loose: Max 50k not 200k), but with additions people should earn. Besides some folks are telling "people would farm" so what? You cannot buy ship without exp and in order to earn exp(if people have enough credits) they HAVE TO buy premium(as i did).
IMPORTANT:
- Yet of course I think even with premium + bonusses people shouldn't earn more than 300k per battle(which a person without bonusses but with premium can earn from a single tier 6 battle, but without any of them shouldn't earn/loose more than 50k(repeating) -

Addition: Although with my personal experiences i would suggest earning better than tier 6 (afteral tier 2 earns 70k+, tier 6 earns 300k+, tier 10 looses 200k+ seems quite wrong). Repeating again exp is the real currency here not credits, if you have unlimited credit but 0 exp you have to buy signals, premium, maybe camo, ... to earn that exp, If you have exp and don't have credit no worries play 2 days with tier 6 ships you'll earn x2 than required. ( But as is said I personally don't like playing 5-7 anymore).

As i said, high tier gameplay, especially at t10, is designed to cost credits to make people either farm those credits with lower tier ships (higher population at those tiers, which is good for the game) or to spend money (which is good for the developers).
Yes, even with premium you can lose credits when having bad matches, but on average you should get more than you lose.
And you can combine a premium account with the premium camo and earn money in basically every match unless you are afk or only deal about 10k damage or something like that.
Think about it: The -15% service cost from the clan, the -10% from the signal flag and the -50% from the t10 premium camo is already -75% service cost. You basically get the service cost of a t5 but with the income of t10.
And you can increase your income even further with the +20% credits signal flag. Or with the special signal flags that give you an other +175% credits combined. The premium camo provides an other +20% bonus at t10.
And as a carrier player, you don't even need to spend money for consumables, so the income also might be a bit lower to compensate for that (other ships need to pay like 60k-90k credits more per battle if they don't want to cripple themselves with worse consumables).
You can't lose exp and normal exp is only useful on the ship you are earning it on (unless you pay money to convert it into free exp), so you can't make players who don't want to spend money farm exp in lower tiers to be able to affort high tier matches. Repeating again, the credit income is entirely designed to make players play in lower tiers or to make wargaming money. It doesn't matter that you also have to earn exp.
@Ryuu yeah mate as expressed at your previous link It is observed changes will be performed in this area, but my ideas were just advices you know I don't mean any harm for either gameplay or users or even for developers. :) Just idea.
